Our friary here in Chilworth is now 100 years old, and is held in great affection by all who have been involved over these years. It is part of the history of our Province of The Immanuculate Conception.
The building, the grounds,
the many friars who have been members of the community, the prayerful atmosphere
of the last century have all helped spawn a Franciscian presence in the area
and throughout the world.
Our vocations have been deepened. Our Franciscan visions is the inspiration for inspiration for our way of life and enables us to understand and make more sense of the world we live in.
